From the Editor
This issue of Cintacs marks the end of an era. This is the last
issue of the newsletter to be published on a quarterly basis. As
outlined by Jim Hershberger in his column, the format of
Cintacs will be changing to meet the changing needs of the
Section. Cintacs will now be published monthly. The format will
combine the news items of Cintacs with the information
contained in the monthly meeting notice. The publication will still
bear the name Cintacs and the layout of the publication will be
very similar. As always the membership of the Section is encourage to
submit articles or news items for publication. The deadline for
submission to an issue will be the first day of the month prior to the
publication month (i.e., August 1 for the September
newsletter).
