Please join us at 4:00 PM on Sunday, October 2, at Sonder Brewery in Mason. The featured speaker for the evening is Dr Ying Hong from the Greater Cincinnati Water Works who will present about the applied research at her institions.

Dinnet will be a buffet provided by BrewRiver. Appetizers will include: Lemon Garlic Hummus and Naan, Smoked Gouda and Pimento Cheese Spread with Sixteen Bricks Crostini, and Not Your Grandpa's Pork Rinds with BeerBQue Sauce. Main dishes will include: Fields Ertel Salad, Streetcar Burger Sliders, Chicken Sam'ich Sliders. Black Bean and Chickpea Sliders, Pork Schnitzerl Sam'ich, and White Truffle Mac n Cheese. Dessert will feature Dark Chocolate Beer Brownies.
Students will register for the event as usual (pre-payment using a debit or credit card is required). The first 30 students who register and attend the event will see receive reimbursement.
Registration is required by Monday, September 26.
